Who are we?

We are a developing company, consisting of: former workers from Roxy, two new workers from the training school of CÁRITAS MALLORCA, and other recently admitted individuals. The direction of the "TABGHA Solidarity Beach Bar" is exercised by the parish of Ntra. Sra. de Portals Nous, advised by the management of ESPONJA.

Our purpose:

We advocate for an economy in the service of people and society. We are a model of a solidarity enterprise; guided by an ethical code that governs our relationship at work; furthermore, we strive to offer warm and proper attention to our clients; as well as aiming for the care and respect of our environment.

• Solidarity enterprise, we allocate our profits to the construction of a TEMPORARY RESIDENCE for vulnerable or at-risk-of-exclusion individuals. In the past year, we allocated €54,589.66.
• Building our ethical model, through which we aim to reorient our operations and internal organization, as well as establish the behavior guidelines required of our employees for: good coexistence among us and better service to our clients.
• Attention to our clients, we consider you part of our team, without you, our purpose could not be fulfilled: we are not just a beach bar, we also aim to be a tool for social transformation. • Respect for the environment, we aim to take care of the environment and recycle all our products. And to strive for the integral ecology proposed by our Pope Francis to become a reality.
